Terms & Conditions – Warranty, Returns & Digital Access
By purchasing from Swell Fitness Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to purchases made directly from Swell Fitness unless otherwise stated.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
1. Product Information
We aim to ensure all product details, descriptions, prices and images are accurate and up to date. However, we may update product information, pricing, promotions or availability at any time.
Product colours, packaging and minor design details may vary slightly from images shown online.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues or misuse of promotions.
3. Pricing & Promotions
Prices may vary across platforms, including our website, Amazon, TikTok Shop, events or promotional campaigns.
Promotional offers are valid only for the stated time period and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
Any “value” estimates shown in promotions are based on the recommended retail price or individual component value at the time of the offer.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the delivery service used and circumstances outside our control.
Swell Fitness Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect delivery information or events beyond our reasonable control.
5. Returns & Cancellations
For online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless an exemption applies.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the goods.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item has been used, damaged or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
6. Swell Fit Bag Returns
Swell Fit Bags can be returned within the cancellation period if unused and in original condition.
For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, used Swell Fit Bags may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect filling, overfilling, punctures, sharp objects, improper storage, neglect, unauthorised modification or normal wear and tear is not covered.
7. Swell Fit Mat Returns
Swell Fit Mats can be returned within 30 days if unused, in original condition and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, proof of purchase and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a suitable remedy in line with your statutory rights. This may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
9. 2-Year Limited Warranty – Limited Edition Swell Fit Bags
All Limited Edition Swell Fit Bags come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required.
The warranty covers manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or neglect
- Punctures, cuts or damage from sharp objects
- Overfilling or incorrect filling
- Improper storage
- Accidental damage
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by using the product outside its intended fitness purpose
If a valid warranty claim is approved, Swell Fitness Ltd may offer a repair, replacement or suitable alternative remedy.
This 2-year warranty applies to Limited Edition Swell Fit Bags only. Other products or future models may have different warranty terms.
Warranty terms may be updated for future purchases, but any warranty provided at the time of purchase will remain valid for that purchase.
10. Digital Access – Move Vault, VIP Support & Bonuses
Some purchases may include access to digital bonuses, including the Move Vault, VIP support, coaching content, downloads, video guides or community access.
Digital access may be time-limited and subject to specific sign-up terms.
Access is non-transferable and may not be resold, shared publicly or distributed without permission.
Swell Fitness Ltd reserves the right to remove access where there is misuse, unauthorised sharing, abusive behaviour or breach of community rules.
11. 1-Month Free VIP Support
Where included, 1-month free VIP support begins from the date of purchase or activation, depending on the offer.
To activate VIP access, customers may need to scan the QR code included in their package, join the relevant WhatsApp group and complete the sign-up form provided.
VIP support may include motivational tips, exclusive content, product guidance and direct access to the founder team for 30 days.
After the free period, you may be offered continued access through a paid plan, future promotion or community offer. No payment is required to redeem the initial free month.
12. Move Vault Access
Move Vault access is available to verified Swell Fit Bag customers or individuals personally invited by Swell Fitness Ltd.
Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase during the sign-up process.
Unauthorised sharing of Move Vault access, links, content or downloads may result in removal from the vault and any associated communities.
13. Fitness & Safety Disclaimer
Swell Fitness products are intended for fitness, movement, mobility and exercise use only.
Always use the product as instructed and within your own ability level.
Swell Fitness Ltd is not responsible for injuries, accidents, damages or losses caused by improper use, misuse, overexertion, failure to follow instructions or use of the product outside its intended purpose.
Always consult a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme, especially if you have an injury, medical condition or are unsure whether the exercises are suitable for you.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swell Fitness Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our products, services or digital content.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
