Terms & Conditions – Warranty & Returns

By purchasing from Swell Fitness, you agree to the following terms:

1. Warranty Coverage (Limited Edition Bags Only)

• The Lifetime Warranty applies only to Swell Fit Bags purchased as part of our Limited Edition launch. Future models may have different warranty terms.
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
• Swell Fitness reserves the right to update or modify the warranty terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Returns & Exchanges

• Swell Fit Bags: Covered under the lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects. This does not cover misuse, wear & tear, or punctures from improper handling.
• Swell Fit Mats: Can be returned within 30 days if unused and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Faulty Items: If an item is found to be defective, we will offer a free replacement (not a refund).

3. General Terms

• Swell Fitness is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or misuse of the product.
• We reserve the right to decline warranty claims that do not meet our policy criteria.
• Our warranty & returns policy may be updated at any time as we improve our product line and business structure.
